If you are 10 minutes late WITHOUT communication, your appointment will be cancelled.
All deposits are non refundable and goes towards service.
No call-No shows & last minute cancellations will not be refunded the deposit, due to set up time.
There is a 3 hour window open prior to make any changes needed for your appointment.
